Cancellation/Refund Policy
Once sessions are paid for and completed, they are considered non-refundable.
Vanessa Stewart at SpiritGuideConnection.com reserves the right to cancel any session at her sole discretion if, at any time, your session cannot be completed due to unforeseeable circumstances. In the event of a cancellation by Vanessa Stewart, you, the buyer, will be fully refunded for your purchase.
There is a 24 hour client-cancellation policy. When cancelling an appointment, please provide MORE than 24 hours notice prior to the scheduled time of your appointment. 10% of your purchase will be withheld from your refund for the cost of administrative fees if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment. You will be able to reschedule if you prefer. No refunds or rescheduling will be permitted for any client who doesn’t show up to their scheduled appointment time without notifying Vanessa Stewart beforehand.

agree that Vanessa Stewart can use portions of your session for articles on the Site, without revealing any specific or personally identifying information about you and your session
